Galaxy Brewing Company was founded in 2011 by a local father and son brewing team who are dedicated to producing the finest craft beers and excellent food, using as much locally sourced products as possible.

Our beers range from our signature Andromeda IPA to Kopernik Kolsch, a light, refreshing beer, to PANIC!, a Russian Imperial Stout aged in whiskey barrels.

Many of our dishes incorporate our beers in the recipes, and we can help you pair a great beer with your meal. Like our beers, the menu is constantly changing to reflect the best ingredients available to us.
